The cost of the services we offer are detailed below. As you will see, these are very competitive compared to the 'High Street' stores.

Any problem you have that doesn't fit into one of the categories below will incur a call-out charge of £40, which includes the first hour's work, and a charge of £25 per hour thereafter.

Computer Setup

Basic PC Training Training in the fundamental aspects of using a PC, Laptop or Mac
£25 per hour
Annual Maintenance Contract

The same service applies to both business and personal customers, and is as follows:

  • Basic cover is for up to two (2) computers
  • Maximum of four (4) calls per year
  • Extra calls charged at half the standard rate i.e. £12.50 per hour
  • Each extra PC added, includes two (2) extra calls per year
  • Excludes the cost of replacement parts
  • Excludes Data Recovery, Computer and AV Setup & Training
The contract can be cancelled within the first month for no charge, assuming no callouts have been made, otherwise a pro rata charge will be made depending on how many calls have been made, and how many computers are covered. The full price is payable for cancellation at any other time after the first month.
